Booking Policy:
6 Upper Coltbridge Terrace may be booked by e-mail, letter or telephone call. We will hold the flat for you for up to SEVEN days from the time you confirm your intention of booking the flat.
Confirmation of Booking
Please confirm your intention to book with FULL payment within SEVEN days of the time you requested a booking for the flat. We only take cheques, authorised bank drafts or postal orders. These should be made out to S Lim.
Cancellation Policy
As we are unable to judge as the any given reasons for cancellation, we advise potential guests to take out travel insurance if you do not already have this, as rental payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Damage Deposits
We take a damage deposit of £200 for stays up to two weeks. The damage deposit for stays up to a month is £300. The damage deposit for 2 months' stay is £500. For longer periods of stay, please ask. Damage deposits are payable with the full rental amount when confirming your booking. The damage deposit is returned within SEVEN days of your departure less any damages caused to the flat.
Car Parking
There is car parking for cars outside the flat on the street, and cars are left at their owners' risk.
